If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep your receipt and note that Green Dog Dental does not cover the cost of shipping for returned items.  You can use the original shipping box or your own if you prefer.

For approved returns, we will issue a credit via the method of the original purchase.

To arrange for a return, please email Returns@GreenDogDental.com and we will provide you with additional details.  Returns can take between 7 and 10 days to process.  If a package is sent back to Green Dog Dental marked RETURN TO SENDER and there are any fees associated, that fee will be deducted from the refund amount.  Any costs associated with invalid addresses, name changes, etc. will be billed to the customer.

If we shipped you an incorrect order, please let us know and we will re-ship your item and pick up the incorrect item at our expense.

When ordering online and completing your order, we begin processing immediately and therefore your order may not be canceled.  If an order is refused at the time of delivery, you will be responsible for all shipping charges and a restocking fee of 10%.
